Important Public Warning

It has come to my attention that unknown persons are fraudulently impersonating me and misusing my SEBI Investment Adviser registration to solicit money from investors for forex trading and guaranteed profit schemes.

These individuals are operating via WhatsApp using various names (including Vijay Kumar / Nitin Kumar or other) and are inviting people through the following link (or similar): https://api.whatsapp.com/send/?phone=%2B918112230571 using phone number 918112230571 or other.

They are circulating my SEBI registration falsely claiming to represent my advisory services.

I hereby make the following absolutely clear:

• I am NOT associated with these individuals in any manner.
• I do NOT offer forex trading services.
• I do NOT promise or guarantee returns.
• I do NOT accept client funds into any personal or third-party accounts.
• I never ask investors to transfer money via UPI/QR codes/WhatsApp.

The scammers are collecting money via UPI linked to Roop Singh Meena, or other, which has no connection whatsoever with me or my business.

This matter has been reported to the Cyber Crime authorities, SEBI and BSE.

Investors are strongly advised:

• Do NOT transfer money to any person claiming association with me without verifying via my official communication channels.
